We are committed to supporting employees and their families by ensuring access to comprehensive social security and medical benefits under the ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance) scheme.

ESIC provides complete medical care to insured employees and their family members, along with cash benefits during periods of sickness, maternity, disability, or employment-related injury. In the unfortunate event of death due to employment injury or death on duty, ESIC offers pension benefits to the eligible family members.

The ESIC scheme covers employees earning up to ₹21,000 per month, offering them financial protection and healthcare security without burdening them with high medical expenses.

The scheme is funded through joint contributions from both employers and employees:

• Employer contribution:25% of wages
• Employee contribution:75% of wages

Our role is to guide, assist, and handhold employees and employers in availing these benefits smoothly, ensuring cashless medical treatment, timely cash benefits, and rightful pensions as per ESIC rules.
