Manish D. Sheth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked in the sector since 1990. He has been associated with leading multinational corporations such as Johnson & Johnson Pvt. Ltd. and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited (now Sun Pharma). During his corporate career, he served as National Sales Manager – Key Accounts, leading teams across India and handling major State and Central Government institutions, Municipal Corporations, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) including IPCL, IOC, BARC, MOIL, Port Trusts, ONGC, Coal Fields, Indian Railways, AFMSD, ESIC, and ESIS (Labour Ministry). He also represented principals in participation across government tenders nationwide.
He possesses rich experience in the reimbursement segment of healthcare, wherein medical treatment expenses for government employees are provided without any upper limit by various government institutions across India.
Since 2013, Manish D. Sheth has been working independently in the domain of ESIC and ESIS, which are social security schemes governed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India. He operates under a registered proprietorship firm named Healthcare Agencies, based in Mumbai, catering to employees (workers) across India.
What distinguishes his services is the unique ability to deliver high-cost medical treatments and benefits completely CASHLESS to ESIC beneficiaries and their families. These treatments include Angioplasty, Angiography, Anti-Cancer therapies, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Neurological disorders, and Genetic disorders, which are among the costliest treatments globally. All treatments are provided cashless by obtaining necessary approvals and sanctions, and by fulfilling all documentation requirements from ESIC Delhi Headquarters and the Ministry of Labour & Employment, strictly as per case-specific requirements.
He has successfully facilitated and secured approvals for anti-cancer treatments costing ₹50–60 lakhs per annum, significantly improving the quality and extension of life for beneficiaries. Other approved treatments include angiography, angioplasty, bypass surgeries, heart valve replacements, cardiac procedures, orthopedic implant surgeries, and neurological treatments, all delivered completely cashless under the ESIC scheme across India.
A defining strength of his service is end-to-end handholding, from case initiation to hospital discharge. He also continuously monitors and coordinates the monthly delivery of high-cost medicines and ongoing treatments, ensuring zero interruption or treatment gaps for beneficiaries.
Beyond medical treatment, he has successfully reopened and approved previously rejected cases related to dependants’ benefits, permanent disability benefits, and pensions. He has enabled the commencement of monthly pensions for beneficiaries and the families of deceased employees, including arrears amounting to lakhs of rupees. Additionally, he facilitates maternity benefits, medical cash benefits, and other ESIC cash benefits.
Furthermore, he actively conducts awareness programs for employees and employers on the various benefits provided under the ESIC scheme, both online and offline, across India.
